 1. Case introduction:

    As an internationally renowned large-scale electronic equipment OEM factory, each link has a very rigorous and complex operation process. In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the factory's finished product delivery, Kejie Robot, with its professional automation team, provides customers with Automated solutions for the temporary storage and delivery of finished products.

   In this case, a four-position intelligent multi-car three-dimensional warehouse equipment is used to temporarily store incoming materials from the production line, and the back end is equipped with a manual palletizing port and an automatic machine palletizing port for the loading of demand orders. In order to meet the requirements of customers' complex business scenarios, the Kejie software team has integrated WMS, WCS, RCS, and automatic sorting systems that meet the requirements of on-site operations through repeated exchanges with customers, and has opened up with customers' internal systems to achieve seamless data transmission.

    The software system is used for storage location management, product management, inventory management, in-out storage management, and several practical reports of intelligent multi-vehicle three-dimensional warehouses; it adopts various business order modes such as automatically receiving customer delivery orders and manually creating orders on demand. And combined with real-time inventory and customers' actual business needs to process the optimal allocation of orders; accurately and quickly sort products in place according to a variety of sorting strategies; provide a comprehensive report module to meet customers' individual analysis and overall summary of data in each link .
